Your responsibilities:
Ongoing customer service via phone and email (providing information about offers, order status, and delivery timelines).
Preparing personalized commercial offers based on identified expectations of business partners.
Cooperation with the accounting department in terms of reporting settlements, reconciling balances, and recording payments.
Entering data into CRM / ERP systems and verifying the accuracy of entered information.
Maintaining a high standard of communication and customer relationships in the given language – both written and spoken.
Supporting the sales department in order handling and after-sales processes.
Preparing and sending payment reminders, contacting clients to agree on repayment deadlines.
Our requirements:
Secondary or higher education.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally in customer service, production, or financial-administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of accounting and settlements (invoices, receivables, VAT registers, EVIS).
Ability to work with ERP / CRM systems (e.g. Subiekt).
Reliability, strong communication skills, and good work organization.
Knowledge of an additional language will be an advantage.

Recruitment process

What does the recruitment process at AMGS Group look like?
Stage 1 – Submit your CV

Find a job offer that interests you on our recruitment portal or social media and submit your application along with your CV. Our HR team carefully reviews your experience, skills, and education. If you meet the requirements, we will contact you by email or phone to invite you to the next stage.

Stage 2 – Initial interview

We invite you to our office for the first meeting. During the interview, we will discuss your skills, experience, and career plans, as well as present details about the company and the position. We will also discuss your availability and salary expectations.

Stage 3 – Second interview and task

If your application catches our interest, we will invite you to a second meeting at our office. You may be asked to complete a practical task that will allow us to assess your skills in relation to the position. Details of the task will be provided before the meeting.

Stage 4 – Decision

After the interviews and evaluation of completed tasks, we will make a hiring decision. If you are selected, we will present you with an offer and begin the pre-onboarding process.
